The other thing to consider, football, every bloody weekend, even a couple of times during the week, for months on end, year after year after year. Boring drivel IMHO. Usually played by academic non-achievers, thicko's in other words, not worthy of my time or money.

Moaning, cheating, egotistical... all valid points but I will always love me footy Probably liked it longer than cars TBH.

If we win I will have just as much fun as everyone at Blyton

Funny thing is its watched by millions all round the world.
I loved to play although at a much lower level and I was out of pocket doing it, but fitness, mates and a good swill of beer after made up my weekends.
Suppose me and all my thicko mates don't really care about being clever

Oh and I love Leeds
But even though, I'll be at Blyton trying to broaden my horizons, or getting rid of some expensive rubber at the very least

Hey, it'd be a boring world if we all liked the same things and looked like Steven Berkoff, wouldn't it

Current workloads mean I'm knocking runs out to the SMACS on the head in order to be up at 2am, with a likely finishing time of around midnight, so they're not done yet, but they will be.

I can fit a set of wheels in the van mate, if needs be. Just get them to the unit before Friday night or call me and I'll come and collect

Remember folks....

6.40am The Brickworks, Driglington, just off J.27 M62.

7am The Trading Post (aka Whitwood Inn (I think)), just off J.31 M62.

7.30am Ferrybridge Services, M62.

Petrol stop at Tesco (99RON) and Shell (V-Power) in Scnuthorpe at approx 8.15am.

Hopefully at the track by 8.30-9am at the latest for payment, briefing and fun, fun, fun.

Everyone please remember your crash helmets.

Remember to over-inflate your tires, +4-6lb for wet and +8-10lb for dry weather, depending on vehicle and personal preference.

Check your oil and water, and keep checking periodically throughout the day.

After each track session, use the perry roads to cool brakes, and do not use the handbrake when parking for 10+ minutes.

Leave the engine to idle for at least 2 minutes before and after each run.

Unless you own Superpug, in which case come in, swap smiling/screaming/terrified passengers and bog off back out again.

Trackday no. 6 for the little beast from Stoke. Best £300 ever spent.

another tip... leave your door open if you leave your car running, so it doesnt lock itself!

and....dont let the kids lock the keys in the boot either!!
