Thats what I am looking for, and about the right price too. Thing is, I shouldn't be doing anything about it for about 6 months yet.

I must admit to being very tempted now

I'm in a bit of a dilemma myself.
My mate has a very mint 996TT 03 reg with about 35k miles on it.
It's got the X50 power upgrade and every option except the flappy paddle gears.

I've got first dibs on it and he's getting itchy feet now and is looking at a 997TT.

My problem is that I'm a bit concerned about things going wrong and costing me a fortune, that coupled with the new Focus RS coming out in the new year and me being very close to putting a holding deposit down for one...

I really don't know what to do...
I know they are both very different cars but do I risk the Porsche or do I play safe with the RS?

Sorry to hijack yer thread.

No problem at all

I love the WR1, but will have to change soon. This car is not going to be around for too long, credit crunch or not. Am in the same boat as you.

Head or Heart situation

Go for it mate. Remember you can get the OPC warenty for 10 years or 100k. You only live once and a 996 X50 will be a beast. These ceramic brakes will not be cheap though.
