Christ you lot are mean, I remember reading a quote from her a few years ago when she was asked about her weight. She said that the years that she had been in Steps had been hell as she'd basically had to starve herself the whole time in order to stay thin which had made her pretty miserable.

You don't have to starve yourself to stay thin if you exercise but this is the thing a lot of women just aren't prepared to do...
