This explains your status message then..... Id be inclined to accept what Felix says here Mick, rather than a disinterested desk jockey.

If you ask to speak to a uniformed inspector for the purpose of making a formal complaint then theyll stop cocking about.

i had a dealing with the PCA and to be honest they aint independent, i was battered by 2 police officers who took exception to the fact i told them my taxes paid there wages, they cuffed me and then smashed my head against the curb and kicked me in head. they charged me with drunk and disorderly thinking id roll over and take it. pleaded not guilty and lauched a full complaint against them using my soliciator. about 8 months later went on holiday and they sent a letter recorded for me which after a week was sent back to the sender, received a letter a month later saying all the chages against the coppers where dropped as i couldn't be contacted, the letter said they contacted my soliciator who told them he hadn't seen me for over 5 months even though i saw him once a month and they had attended my address several times ?????. anyways spoke to soliciator and he said that no one had contacted him at all so i tried to redo the complaint, they said " we cant redo the complaint as it wasnt fair on the officers" what a load of ****

Make more complaints, then go to the BBC or SKY or some other station and expose your case, and maybe a primetime newscast with their faces plastered all over it will cool things down a bit.

Seems daft that someone can give a random address to get bail, yet when trying and take out a loan or deal with some other bank-related matter, or even dealing with certain busineses, I need to provide proof of address. Usually via two seperate utility bills.

My advice, for what it's worth, is to go to your local police station and demand to see the Inspector. Refuse to leave until you speak to him/her.

Tell them you want their name and collar number because if they fail, again, to deal with your complaint in a satisfactory manner, you will go to the IPCC. Make it clear that you have CCTV footage which you are not prepared to release to them, but you would to the IPCC.

Also, put everything in writing and ask that someone sign for the receipt of your written complaint. If they refuse to do this, send it recorded delivery and have proof of delivery.

Show them you mean business and won't be fobbed off.

Sounds like u narked the sarge that time u mentioned, n they have decided to victimise you as much as possible. Unless something else has happened between u n the local filth, which u haven't divulged? Whatever the circumstances, they are acting like complete morons imo.

nothing happened since the "sarge incident"

i have writted down all the major details (times they arrived, what they said etc etc) and wifey is going to make a complaint in person at the station tomorrow (i am at work), i have told her she needs to speak to an inspector and get it all down on paper.

best part about the internet, is i can search back and i have a log of every incident so far with these useless clowns.

wifey was most upset, because they specifically asked for her by name when calling today so she assume i was dead or something

they also arrived in the biggest meat wagon possible, probably the best way of showing everybody they were arriving?

its pathetic

Ritchie isnt wrong, but in my experience a letter to North Yorkshire CC (or any other neighbouring force), asking if he will intervene as theyre refusing to take your official complaint will make the sh*t hit the fan like youve never seen...

When a Lisa goes in Mick, see that she doesnt agree to make it informal: theyll go to some length and give any required assurance to see that she does.

A letter to the area commander - usually a Chief Superintendent will sort it.

Complaining to the press will do nothing as they won't be interested and can't do anything anyway.

Look up the area commander on the net of the area where you live and put something simple in writing.

The complaint will be logged and has to be acted upon.

What is happening to you is a common thing due to the transient nature of criminals and police not doing proper bail enquiries before letting people out for bail. This then results in police attending to arrest the no-shower and again, them not logging the fact that he/she doesn't live there.

Sounds as though they just don't believe you about the other person not being at your address and they are hoping to catch him out, or that they have got it in for you for other reasons.

It just is not good enough, they have not got the right to victimise you like that. I would certainly insist on speaking meaningfully with the inspector and if that fails I would be off to the Chief Constable. The only way is to threaten them with embarrassment through publicity I think.

Local/morning TV station. Show them the footage of them singling out and calling in YOUR car, while supposedly looking for someone else.

Get a complaint in to the local commander, but above all, TRUST THE POLICE ABOUT AS FAR AS YOU COULD CHUCK A CARLOAD!
They lie, lie and lie again!

What gets me is that while these clowns are fekking about at your place, people ringing in with REAL problems will be told, "Sorry, there are no officers available at the moment".

3 spoke wheels are only ever allowed, if they are standard fitment, and they are, so its officially allowed

besides, i could have bought a set of nice 5 spokes and they would have been smashed into 3 spoke shapes within 2 weeks

it drove spot on when i took it home for her last year (its her first ever car)

i drove it a few weeks back and the steering is all over the shop bloody wimminz know your limitz

wifey went down at 1pm, made another complaint, the woman on the desk said she could not find the sarge anywhere? still not written details given out, but they took her number and promised to call back. 7pm still no phone call.

idiots messing us about

regardless, wifey has contacted the IPCC who are now dealing with the complaint for us.
