NOT a daft question ...

Actually, that's not strictly true Les.
Excluding North Sea Oil Revenue we get a slightly higher percentage per head, but the actual total amount in £s is a small percenage of what is spent in England, Wales and NI. As you would expect, given the relative population sizes.
And if you include NSOR in the calculations, then I believe we end up subsidising the rest of the UK

Lol @ spoon
Genuinely proud of that infraction
Infracted for insulting a 'known multiple user account posting troll' that the mods can't seem to ban permanently
Class act indeed

Yes, I agree. Les doesn't strike me as the kind of person to do it is all I am saying.

Sorry Sting, I disagree. Your comment was tongue in cheek. I've had far worse said to me in the past and thought it was extremely funny. All part of the banter that used to go on in here.
Sadly the pc brigade are alive and well and spending their time in Scoobynet

I have to thank those who said they would not expect me to infract someone's post.
It is a fact, as I have said often enough before, that I do not support infractions for my own reasons. I would never infract anyone regardless of his post and would rather depend on my own ability to defend myself in print should it be necessary.
Pete Lewis is quite able to defend himself without my help I am sure, considerably better in fact, however I reserve the right to say, as other will also do, if I consider an infraction on any other SNetter to be unfair.
Incidentally, even if I did support infractions, I would not have infracted Sipie.

There are too many people here now, who are always on the look for an opportunity where 'theyre able' to infract someone: without considering (and possibly without the wit to consider) whether the should.....
Simon would be along to tell us that the 'community has spoken' and that the 'infraction system works', if there was any sign of him at all, although that would be bollocks. Easier than actually administering the site though, I suppose.

The thing is though, Dunx, they are ugly but that's not the worst of it. Most of the drivers of these models make the car look presentable.
