The machines do take an hour to warm up if one of the muppets turn it off over night instead of leaving it on standby. That pissed me off so much when I would work 18 hours, wake up with a hangover, let in the cleaners, all with a killer hangover and no quickly available caffiene.
And that is my concern, how?? If I frequent their establishment, I expect steaming hot coffee at the click of my fingers... just because i cant actually click my fingers doesn't mean they can take all foofing day over it..

It's your concern because you frequent places that employee monkeys such as Starbucks/Costa/Whorehousecarphone
Even the staff in McDonalds can produce hot coffee without any problems

I bought some Whittards flavoured Arabica last week, Irish Cream and Amaretto (not together), hardly the choice of a connoisseur but yummy all the same
