Ex's can be very spiteful when they feel like, and they rarely let go if they are in that kind of a mood. It can be very upsetting of course and the best way is to ignore it and let her stew in her own juice. Don't give her the satisfaction of knowing she has needled you.
As long as she does not try to stop access, then you can both just continue with your own lives and share it when possible with the children.
