Steve I think they will be Lateral fast road rods in the engine at the moment, Chy will probably use either Carillo or Pauter rods to replace the original ones.

Banny, all of that sounds familiar I know the rods were only good for 500bhp'ish and I need 600hp ones

I have tried everything bar the coilpacks now, and still got a missfire after 20 mins of hard running. I read on 22b a guy turning his dwell up on the ecu to overcome a similar problem, I will give it a go and if it works (fingers crossed) I will get some new TM uprated coilpacks from Zen and if not probably still get some just to cover all the bases, wish me luck!!!

Cheers Dougie

As Fangoria said, I've been running Denso Racing IK01-24 with no probs... very nice spark plug . Also no DV...it will help with your boost response. Otherwise, could well be coilpacks. Good luck.

Well I think we have found the problem, we went out today and got it hot and it started to missfire so we turned up the dwell on the ecu and the missfire became less severe so turned it up a bit more and its gone totally now. Its not gone up massively so shouldnt melt the coilpacks, at least I know what the problem is now so just need to get some uprated coilpacks and it should be sorted

Thanks for all the help and advice guys.

Cheers Dougie
