Your correct, who in their right mind would put coloured lights all over their car, not even Santa Claus would do that!!

As i've already posted, i am only discussing my own experience, i don't remember mentioning red lights or reflectors in my original post. No compilications, just recounting what i was told on the roadside by the PC and then recently, information that my son was told from VOSA on a training course.

As I have already posted: VOSA do not enforce criminal law. That means that they might have no issue with a vehicle so equipped, where the operator would be breaking the law.

Think about it.
