I have, (I've played it on both - I have an overclocked E6600 and an overclocked 8800GTX). It looks just as good on the 360 imo, especially on my 42" HD plasma and pumped through the surround system. Plus, it's a lot more comfy sitting on the sofa to play games than at a computer desk

p.s. that graphics card alone cost as much (if not more) as a whole 360 console

MS has been trying this with the LIVE system, but the takeup by developers has been lukewarm at best. A shame, but there are enough users on the 360 live system to satisfy any multiplayer gaming needs
