Lucky escape is more to the point.

There's nothing worse than someone who is normal, charming and nice but then becomes a **** after booze.
A close frined of mine is just that, and a totally different person after a few beers. The switch is amazing and dangerous, and it made me look at myself.
I now drink more, but carry a knife in case he's out with me

I drink 3 nights a week.
Wednesday night is boys night in and I will have 5 cans of Becks Vier.
Friday I go to the local with Mrs Abdabz and the gang and I have 6 pints fosters.
Sat night, normally a night in or out for a meal - either way a bottle and a half of vino...

usually have 2 beers/lagers after work when i get home, helps me unwind and forget about the fooken numptys i have to deal with i tend to rotate the makes of drink around quite a bit.
usually bottles, but i have "downgraded" to cans at the moment, as they work out a bit cheaper because i have not made any decent money at work since may LOL

I'm convinced I drink too much but having read all of the posts in here I think I'm fairly normal compared to a lot of you. Although I'm not sure whether that is a good example of normality to base my assumptions on
Last night in a bid to cut down I had just one Barcardi and coke, not just any old Barcardi but the Co-op's own Superior White Rum With caffeine free diet coke. How healthy?
BTW the cheap unbranded stuff is me doing my bit to cut down my spending during these hard times I save the JD for the weekends now

I might have a couple of beers (Peroni - The drink of Champions©) in an evening, but usually I save my drinking for the weekend. At which point it is a good few pints, followed by a few shorts sometimes, or perhaps just wine. All depends on where I am and what I am doing.
