The specific issue is a concern with the templates which need to be modified.
We are hoping to upgrade the site to the latest version of vBulletin shortly and upgrade the templates, fixing the issue then

Thanks for the update, but words like hoping and shortly when used in an IT sense usually mean never and next century.
I know this because I work in IT and ..... well enough said

Ah, there speaks a fellow IT cynic, I mean worker. "It's a feature", "We're working on the issue as we speak", "There'll be a patch/fixpack/service release soon", "It's fixed in the next version, that will cost $$$$" or my favourite, as someone who supports Lotus Notes.
User "Can I do such and such in Notes?"
Me "Can you do it in Outlook"
User "Yes"
Me "Then you can't do it in Notes"
This last post issue is bugging me, I've even resisted renewing my subscription in protest, but I doubt it makes a difference.
Everyone misses the 'last post' button, but I always find the 'first new post' button much more useful, and that still works. It takes you to the first post made since you last visited that thread allowing you to read on from where you left off. It's to the left of the thread title and looks like.... Can't say I ever used the one everyone's moaning about much.
