GF saw a spider in bathroom and didnt kill it !!

Update:
This spider has gone AWOL.
I even crept about in the dark looking for him, thinking he might be nocturnal or something.
Apparently, its one of those smaller types, but really stocky, furry, and jet black you know the ones that can do 0-60 in about 0.3 seconds...
Really looking forward to coming face to face with him now !!! - NOT !
