I don't see the problem - surely the tiny minority of trans-gender types sit down to wee, therefore would use a cubicle and not stand with the blokes at the urinal. I think they've just got their Agent Provocateur knickers in a twist about it.

In this country we are cutting down to one toilet for all. In the east they are adding a third toilet.
