Thank you!

A yes, i know the car, To be honest IMHO it's only worth about 20k TOPS but it's worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it as thats now a collectors item not really a drive it round jobbie,

I would love it but it will never happen with my wages

Good choice of car m8 - and if you got a pre March 1st 2001 model (can't tell with the plate) you'll not have to put up with all this re-classification of car tax bands cr*p that gets introduced early next year (and then more the year after).

So many people don't realise that the hike comes next year rather than this year....£310 I think for WRX's next year and then even more the following year. Hopefully by then these bastids will be out and someone with a bit of common will be in and repeal this **** manouvre on us scoob owners eh?

Anyhows - enjoy the car - looking forward to seeing how you get on with your mods.

Mine's a Y 2001 as well, but annoyingly, I miss the cut off date by around a week .

If yours was registered before the 1st March 2001 (you'll find it on the V5), you'll save yourself a tidy sum in tax for now anyway.

"If your car is a Nova, Fiesta, Corsa, Saxo or 106, and has an aftermarket exhaust your car will automatically be moved to the highest tax bracket..."

Picked these bad boys up last night but just don't ask the price! lol

Also took some pics of my Defi Head up display and control boxes for all the Defi stuff!
