Hi,

I have a RCM system with a sports cat and center box fitted to my Spec C and it is very quiet, but sounds completely different than a Milltek.

I will try and take some sound clips tomorrow and you can see what you think.

Cheers

That was a RCM system with resonator and normal backbox, it measured 98db at 4k revs, it was a bit to quiet for me, you could always go for the straight through middle section and normal backbox

I cant wait for my non-resonated centre section to turn up so i can experience something a bit louder than my standard 82db system

Anyone got any sound clips of the RCM system with de-cat, normal back box and the 'non resonated' centre section? Just wondering if there is much of a difference between the resonated and non resonated.

On the standard map the spec c struggles after 6500rpm, it really does feel "strangled" but add a nice panel filter (I added an STI one ) oh and you notice the difference no longer suffercated up the top end, they will quite happily then rev all the way to the red line plus you get some power gains
