Surrised she was not done with driving without due care and attention ie. not checking her rear view mirror where she would have seen him running after her !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They dont let newbies out on their first day.. do they? ... in fact dont they have to be on the beat for a year or two before they get in a car ... and even then its with a partner ??

Yeah that's what I thought.

Maybe it was his first day 'out on his own' - certainly won't have been his first day on the force.
