To cut a long story short. He gave them an FQ400 and they nicked and sold on his engine and transmission!!!! When he finally got his car back, months and months overdue and after an unbelievable amount of "chasing up" it had been completely bodged and promptly blew up at an event!

How on earth did such misconduct remain secret for so long?!!!

Anyone so much as charges £2 more than an estimate for a job on a Scooby and their company is all over SN!!

It does show just how important it is for enthusiasts and traders to speak up when a company starts conducting itself poorly!

whats stupid is that these people who lost money / cars, kept quiet about it. now i always thought they were pretty respected early on, i mean theres a few big tuners for each diffrent cars about and u generally trust them, because theres good press on them.

the more that comes out sounds more and more like there all a right shower and just blaiming it on this danny chap is very harsh, it looks like he was the front guy and ran the books, did admitedly a bad job of it, but as i read it i don't think he did any mechnical work.

if a cars in there for over a year and nothing happens then the mechanics/directors would surley start asking seriouse questions that couldn't be by passed and fobbed off answers.

all in all sounds like you wouldn't want to go near rc dev or car planet
