I sometimes go to the Wensleydale Creamery at Hawes in t'Dales, they have a shop where you can test the zillions of different cheeses that they produce. Just don't have lunch before you go

I've got some very nice smoked Wensleydale in the fridge at the moment
I've also got a great big Roulé and some very squishy Brie. I LOVE cheese
