He has sold 3 other grilles(prodrive upper and lower), one guy got his no problem, the others got them but had dramas getting them.

Maybe he is just lazy or something else but i will now make sure that no one else gets ripped of from this punter.

first thing mon he gets a letter and i will pop down to the local court to see what avenues are open to me, Small claims/police/ go down there etc.

Dont know if this will help you but all I can tell you is that the names you where given are proper and registered tax payers so you could try the small claims court (there is an online form that you can fill in and is pretty much hassle free

You could also send a letter to their neighbours and kindly state your situation if you must and ask if maybe a message could be passed on or include another envelope in there with whatever you want to state and mark it as hand delivered and kindly ask the neighbours to drop it through their letter box ... that should brighten him up a bit

Their names are Mr Dylan Jones and Mrs Karen Jones and they live at No 116 (maybe give them a link to this thread to )

Was going to post my Hawkeye RB320 grilles up on here for sale as I don't like them................much prefer black rather than the stainless steel look but given the issues with similar items I may just spray them with PlastiDip!!

the feedback idea is great but until this is in place can the moderators ban this ***** and other ****** like him from the site, it cant be hard, Ive only been here sinceearly December and have bought about a dozen items from members and find the site really good
I posted in the forum HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER got no responce how do I become a member, I still dont know if I did I would!!!!!
other sites ive been on you have to be a paid up member before you can go on or advertise on the for sale and wanted sections, might not stop it but wont make it any easier,

Update,

I have also been promised my Grille set today after he gave me a explanation, hopefully get them soon.

However it would not have happened if he did not have a dodgy reputation for delays in the first place.

But it should not have come to all this, i have had to sent e mails, pm's and a letter to his house.

I had also started the small claims procedure but will cancel that today.
i hope he gets well soon.

TBH i think his reputation is now damaged even though what happened i would not wish on anyone.

Hope this explains all.i wait eagerlly for my grilles ,will keep anyone posted
