I have the full exhaust, turbo, manifold, injectors and eventually ecu for sale! All items are in mint condition as the car hasn't covered alot of miles!
I did try and get the manifold with up pipe to fit but there wasn't enough space to get the uppipe through.
Exhaust manifold was not easy to fit! It took me 6+ hours
I need to fit the turbo, intercooler, induction kit, exhaust, fuel pump & AVCR in the morning! Hopefully have everything fitted and oil & coolant changed before 2pm. Then its remap time fingers crossed
With the potential that lot should give you, I assume you've also installed a colder set of plugs? PFR7B should be fine, set to 0.67mm as I'm sure you'll be running around 1.5 - 1.6 bar boost?
Good luck! Nothing like working under the pressure of a remap the same/next day for getting things done
Thanks, unfortunately i failed I split the intake hose while i was trying to connect it to the turbo. It was very tight, didn't seem to want to go on. Do i need a bigger intake pipe? maybe somthing like a Samco??
I supplied the PFR7B spark plugs at the service that i had carried out at Xtreme Scoobies, i did set the gaps to 0.65mm.
I'll have to arrange another date for Simon to map the car at Surrey Rolling Road!

Sorry to hear that dude
Still, look on the bright side, it means you can finish the job off properly now without rushing

If the 18G inlet is larger than 60mm then yes, you'll need a new induction pipe (you need a new one anyway, now!) The Samco items are pretty expensive, I'm afraid!
I plan to drive the car mainly on road but would like to attend the odd track day/nurburgring trip next year. Would it be safe to run an MD321H using the STI8 topmount and standard bottom end?

hmmm...I have just seen the post for a MD321H sale maybe i could sell the TD05 and go for it, is it really worth the extra cash??
Honestly, I have no idea
I'm personally happy with my 20g, and I wouldn't want to spend money going for a 321 myself, but then everyone's different. Once you get past a certain level it becomes a game of diminishing returns. Is the last couple of hp worth the extra expense?
Personally, at the moment, I wish I had spent less on the engine and more on suspension

Quite a few of us have that combination. The MD321H has the potential for comfortably over 400bhp
