Well, thanks for the comments everyone!
Mum and pups are doing well, and she seems happy in the house now.
I took photos of them all today, but only these came out well... Im rubbish at close-up photography even with macro settings etc.
Cute enough for you?

Nice one.Lovely pups.
Wasn't it Terry Pratchett who said never trust a dog with ginger eyebrows though .
(When I think how much fuss my wife made having two little uns and here's a lady who had ten in a hole in the ground...)

The male is either another beauceron (like the mother) a black n tan german shepherd, or a manky wee spaniel thing who got his end away before I could chase it off.

Those new photos of the pups are brilliant, you can see some little characters developing already
Its great to hear that both Mirza and the pups are doing brilliant, great work David you should feel very proud of yourself of the help you have given to Mirza and her new family, she is a great mum after what she has been through with her pups.

Well, three weeks on and they are growing well!
I have had to move Mirza and pups out to the shed for now. For some reason she had decided that crapping on the livingroom floor during the night was acceptable, so I have made a hole in the shed door she can get through and set up a box for her and the pups in there during the night.
Some photos...
puppy transit case...
group shots...
This one always looks boss-eyed in photos, butd doesnt seem to be in real life...
just missed a great pic here...
sleepy time...

No, I wont be keeping them all. I might keep one, but am undecided. The others will be given away to whoever wants them.
As for what they are, the mother is a Beauceron, Beauceron - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The father...well, its either a big beauceron, a german shepherd or a wee spanial-thing.
Given the pups colours and size, especially their paws, It looks as if the father was the beauceron. No way to be 100% sure till they are older and start growing up though.
