I have made my mine up now, I am not going to bother.!
It seems to me if you are going for the rally look they look cool!
And I think they look a lot better on the classics than the new age!
To be honest I have no stone chips at all on the doors and I have covered35000 miles so I cant see it happening now.
I will be saving a few quid not getting them, so a few more visits to the Polish car wash could not believe It the other day there was about eight blokes cleaning it for £10.00

They should make mud flaps compulsory on all cars IMHO ... would save us having to clean the screen every 30 seconds when driving on a motorway in the winter with all the salt and muck that gets thrown up by cars in front. Really reduces spray when the roads are wet too.

Fitted my flapps 6 months ago and wish i had done it 3 years ago.

The car is kept so much cleaner with them fitted , and the spray is also reduced
