Whilst i appreciate you run a pressure group and said group's purpose is to apply pressure, but it might be an idea not to flush what little credibility you have down the toilet by jumping on the bandwagon of getting the knives out for well known BBC personalities, just because said course of action attracted the most column inches the previous week.
Your statement that clarkson should be sacked was pathetic to the point of being laughable. Tabloid sensensationalism might work in the written word, but not in the spoken! The way you sat there, stone cold serious and said a man should lose his job over a single remark was as vacuous as it was self serving.
I dont know what's worse, the way you whined about how disgusting it was that someone made a joke about the people you represent (despite the fact the feature was about lorry drivers, not prostitutes) or the transparancy of the ulterior motive in calling for him to get sacked just because another high profile BBC presenter had the previous week thanks to media pressure and you had smelt blood.
I'm actually being serious here. If you had said his remarks were offensive and he shouldnt have said them you would have actually done your job. But that one remark, that stupid sensationalist claptrap, that pandering to the tabloid press, that statement did for you like it did for arthur scargill saying "So what if we lost 60% of our union members, we won didnt we?!"
Next time try to appreciate the virtue of understatement.
P.S. When going on TV, it might be an idea not to look like the demographic of the pressure group you speak for. What was it, some sort of misjudged statement of solidarity? You were on national TV women, next time buy a suit!

Its particularly odd that this Clarkson outburst should receive so much attention; it's not his most controversial comment by a long shot. Didn't he once suggest that those who collect toy cars/trucks might be child molesters?
