Fair point and well taken. Thing is I report it, nothing gets done, as it's just a differing email address each time. Whoever sent it probably has read this thread and has a good ol' belly laugh, bit like me. I had presumed that there was. Anyway, my advice relates to the idiot threatening you. If your girlfriend is genuinely upset by the emails then he has commited an offence: similarly if he threatens you and you consider the threat to be real then he is open to prosecution. If he is foolish to make more serious threats, such as to kill you, and you take them seriously, then he has committed a very serious criminal offence.
