No offence FP, but I personally joined to gain good advice and have "cyber buddies". I didn't join for people to be nasty to each other and have no holes barred taunt sessions.

SN was the same as now, but some threads got a bit out of hand at times, and there seemed to be much more traffic than now.
It was funny and more liberal than it is now.

I had posted something earlier on in this thread (which I do not think was offending etc), Why has that been deleted ????
And if you all have enough time to read through the posts for something that does not cause any problems with anyone (apart from IB), why can't you fix the bloody search function ......... This is really becoming a pain !!!

In the current SN climate CWE couldnt get off the ground, could it? Most people wouldnt dare post anything other than insipid vacuous empty nothings and any even remotely contentious opinions (required for meaningful debate, hello?) would be infracted into oblivion!
