If it's Swiss I REALLY want my money back!

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes ipsos custodes? That would be IB....

So...... Quis custodiet ipsos custodes ipsos custodes ipsos IB?

But the point I am making is that good and fair moderation is the only way forward.

Apart from that, it is heartwarming to see a response from the IB team at last and we can only hope that you come through in style.

That's a great response from Stu & I know Stu from Passionford and he is a great guy so I'm sure he'll take this on board If Stu wants me to come back on board I'd consider it

So I make post after post in Admin about the bugs with minimal replies and it turns all I had to do was post a poll saying the place has gone down the pan since IB took over yes/no? and in no time at all IB appear like the genie from the lamp

Please take that in the manner intended Very good to hear things are about to improve and thanks for your input.

Now please fix the search

I think its been caused by the cumulative effort of far too many members on here sat rubbing their lamp's all at once IMO.

Thanks for the heads up........

What I mean is "effective".

"We have a Lot of other large forums, many far far larger than this one, and all run well. ScoobyNet will follow and we can only appologise that we haven't acted sooner or with more commitment.

Please understand that i am surely not saying that thing's will be done overnight, but our attention has been turned to this community now, admittedly a little later than scheduled, but crying over spilt milk is going to achieve nothing but create more rifts, so lets leave that milk to evaporate and start trying to move onwards shall we?"

Will it be this year?

As for you coming back, it would be like Jaws III. Same of the old same of, but just less scarey and with some crap special effects

Will things change in the next seven weeks?
I will stick my neck out and say yes, they will. To what extent i don't know, we have not yet started to collaborate a list of jobs to be done, let alone prioritised them, and everything takes time but ultimately the whole project will be at the hands of your new administrator so i guess you will have to await his arrival.

A small part of me thinks it might be nice if we had another topic, started by a senior member, that listed all the members concerns in one place, a topic with no bitterness or arguing, a topic where everyone worked as a team and towards the one common goal... Sadly, my lunch daydream then came to an end and i found myself all alone as always, wishing that we lived in a better world.

The reason I say ask this, at risk of repeating other members, is that if I were a "full fare" member I would not renew.

This forum used to the Powerhouse of Scooby forums, it has since turned into a dead fish IMHO.

I think that a good revamp would help the site a lot, not to mention the atmos around here too.

It is good to see that you are talking about doing things, but when these "things" come into effect, then we can really talk.

I look forward to the changes.

I nominate New Scooby 04 to do this. Members can add their points to the thread and NS04 could add them to his first post by editing it.
