You know I like the Legacy, (JDM versions, of course), better car, better image.

I'm also starting to quite like the latest Impreza, its unpopularity is returning it back to its orginal Q-car roots: The 1992 Corolla-lookalike with the scoop and big foglamps

You're not as odd as I thought you were

Well yes but there are computer related post in NSR and what should be in NSR in general etc.

Just seems there are mods but they are not active enough.

TBH, having posts in the wrong section is not a major headache, rather a case of a little housekeeping
I am sure some kind mod soul will be along shortly with his/her feather duster

Edd, we can't read every single post here (although we'd love to ) so please, if you see something in the wrong place can you click on 'i' button under the user's profile which then reports it to a mod.

Cheers

Right being thinking about this for a while and although he may shout NO, NO, NO and start waving his hands around in protest, I think maybe a fair few people will agree that Mr Kieran_Burns should be up for nomination.

The guy comes across as pretty fair and level headed (fight club not withstanding )

Also while I am on a roll , I think we should look to encourage a few of the female members to put their names forward. I know we have two already and yes this is a male dominated forum, but a female perspective cant be bad.
(though they should be heavily moderated themselves..cant be having them running around ***** nilly with matchcards and scatter cushions )

Apart from that I still have my wildcard in reserve

If there was anyone who was going to put this idea forward first,it would hav ebeen Swiss.

BTW: I wholeheartedly agree

Well considering no other women seem to have put their name forward, then I will stick myself out there. I have no moderater experience, and I really don't know if I would cut it, but here goes.

I enjoy being a part of SN, and if I could offer my support further, then, why not?

I think I am quite fair, and thoughtful, and I am all for banter, although I'm usually not quick witted enough to really take part in the fun . I do appreciate humour, all the same.

It's worth putting my name in the mix.

I would'nt mind being put forward, been here since March 2001 so have seen things change, but I know also how to talk to people and get problems solved.

I haven’t been around for that long compared to some on here but it’s always good to have somebody new involved with a fresh look on things.
I have never been a mod but do have been around motorsport all my life and have served on the committee of a motor club for a couple of years and think I have the right temperament , humour and common sense to be of use/help to Scooby Net.
I work from home in IT and am on the site throughout the day anyway so having a job to do would be good and an excuse to be around a bit more.
Thanks Rich

Add me in. By day I am sensible well educated and balanced individual. I spend loads of time in here and most of the deleting, locking tidying up is only a matter of common sense.... Later in the evening however.......................

(I would ask if mods need to be sober to be mods, but scoobychick is still here, so obviously not )

I'd like to put my name forward for this too, i've been a regular on here since 2004 and have seen many people come ago and also a few changes, i dont get involved in many post as i'm more of an observer, i like to read everyone's say and then judge for myself what is fair and think this stance would be useful as a moderator. Saying that though as i dont get involved a great deal it may go against me but what the hell, i'd still like to put my name forward. Thanx
