I dont mind if i dont qualify for legal aid....im 24 and at college but dont quite know if ill be eligible, but if im not it cant cost as much as a scooby, lol. so i wont mind paying the earth. Dont know if she'll qualify either....dont think shes in work at the minute, definitely not in education (shes 19/20) but she may qualify on benefits, ah i dont know how it works. her dad would probably pay anyway not that i think even her family could afford it.

But yeah she is caneiving and this is all to get back at me! its obvious. she left my daughter for 3 days and nights with her mum and dad shortly after she was born, only because she was too busy concentrating on getting laid at her idiot of a friends house she'd been going to, i heard her mum and dad nearly rang up mine to pick my baby up as they hadnt heard from her mum and that she was taking the mick. god i hate her so, lol. shes one of those slight bunny boiler types, nice as pie when happy, when something doesnt get their way....theyll lie and cheat and do everything to cause a problem. I also heard from a source that she told the police that i "knee'd" her in the stomach whilst late stage in her pregnancy but i dont know how true that source is. If she has done that then that will make it even harder to get access

I dont care if i have to sit in a room with her mum, a bloody representative from csa or whatever, dunno how these supervised visits work...as long as i can see her, lol. I can just see her telling my daughter a bag of lies when she's a bit older and i dont want that

A legal battle that you pay for could quite easily exceed the cost of a scooby. Most solicitors charge £150+Vat per hour and it soon adds up.

Choose a recommended solictor from that link i posted and see if you can get a free session (most do this), they will tell you if you qualify for legal aid in that session.

Take a recent bank statement, passport, proof of income/benefits, etc.

Would not like to be in your shoes right now. Must be very hard.

I'd be surprised if you don't qualify. My wifes brother may as well have a season ticket to his solicitors the amount of times he's there fighting to see either of his kids with two different girls. The lad is 7 and his daughter isn't even 1 - you'd have thought he'd learned the first time.

He earns a reasonable amount and doesn't pay anything.

not an easy solution mate csa will take ur money but as for visitation rights they wont say a thing. see your soliciator and get something sorted asap, dont go down the DNA test route as it will just cause a whole new row and dont lower yourself to negative tatics, just be stright and hold your head up high. like has already been said its amazing the way women use the kids to get back at men.... and yet they say there good mothers
