the nuts make are Muteki, from ebay.com a while back.
they were a bit cheaper back then aswell

yours has the star emblem IIRC? you can get Prodrive caps off ebay, i think there's a couple of designs to chose from. about £40.
i'll be buying some soon myself and getting them painted, i'll PM you some pics if you like?

ahhhh, you mean the centre cap........the bit with SUBARU written on it

the centre caps are a std size (52mm i think) these are what i'm looking at Prodrive OZ Racing Wheel Centre Caps on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 06-Dec-08 11:54:56 GMT)
there's another design but there aren't any on ebay at the mo.some people might qoute 60mm as a size, but that's the O/Diameter of the cap, not the hole in the wheel.
edit - oops, might have jumped the gun a bit. the guy says they measure 52mm, but i'm trying to see if this is the O/D or not. incase you go for an impulse buy PantsUK, hold on for a bit, hopefully i'll be able to clarify 100% soon
