I was on my way to fulfilling my dream as a professional footballer. Had Brian Kidd (when he was assistant at ManU) ringing our house asking me to go to OT but i was happy at Oldham where i'd been since i was nine. I was ready for signing YTS forms until i broke my ankle badly and the dream was shattered
