well the car is coming of the road soon as there are certain things that the garage we bought it from are not interested in sorting and we cant afford to get it done just now and dont want to run the car until its all sorted.
things needing done are as follows. breaks all round, clutch change, cambelt change, couple of tires (prob get a few thousand more miles out of them but want a good grip) and just a general tidy up of things. now to me when the importers brought the car into the country there should have been a cambelt change and clutch and things checked but its dicksons so what do you expect.lol few things on there that wouldnt be under warranty but i want to make sure are a ok.

I woz told by my mate who does all the work on my scoob to take the noise/heat cover from under the bonnet,a major cause of under bonnet fires especialy on classics if they are starting to deteriorate

we had the g/f's dad's roofing van up at the house last night to move a washing machine. and at about half one someone panned the back window of the van in and threw some sort of petrol bomb in it.the flames from the van caught the car and another car on the other side of the van. by the time i got out to the car the whole back end was alight. pics will follow.

That is shocking mate. I hope you get the money its worth. I would start looking for adverts for similar cars ( the most expensive ones you can find ). Just in case the insurance company try to give you a silly offer.
