I wouldn't say they necesarily deserved to die, but I won't shed many tears over teh fact that 4 people who stole a car have now deciede by their actiosn to make sure they don't do it again.
I feel sorry for the families, but let's just hope they are mature enough to accept their off-spring's failings (and arguably their own parental failings) and not seek to blame any and everyone else for incident that was precipitated when the deceased chose to steal a car.

Laughed at the gas-powered chippy on every corner joke, that is definately Hull
Sad at the senseless loss of life, BUT they chose to break the law, and then tried to out-run the police. TOUGH !
Sorry for the chippy owner too, it's his livelihood ruined.
Finally spare a thought for the poor old Scoob.

P.S. I really fancy some chips now

Didn't they sell cheap furniture and have sales on at every available opportunity. Winter, Summer, Spring, Friday, Easter, Christmas, etc?. All available on interest free credit for 4 years.................

If you're in a stolen car being chased by police, then I think you're the author of your own downfall should anything go wrong and you didn't stop in the first place.
Sad to say, but I feel zero sympathy with those killed, only sympathy for the shop owner, owner of the car and the families of the deceased (if they were unaware of their criminal activities).

what goes around comes around.
zero tolerence in the first place is whats needed how may" petty crimes" have they been invovled in before and had a slapped wrist.
deserve to die is another question.

A sad loss of life but they should not have been there in the first plaice.
Fortunately, nobody else was injured, probably because of the time of the incident. The emergency services that dealt with this are unlikely, ever, to forget it, a police officer showed great courage and someone who is probably an ordinary shop keeper has had his Christmas ruined and faces an uncertain future because of selfish morons that have paid the ultimate price.
Will others learn? Probably not som not worth loosing sleep over.

Two educated consecutive posts in a row. I knew i stayed on here for a reason......
I hope the hang'em brigade look at the young kids pictures and think about the things they have posted....
Criminals YES.
All four deserve to die trapped in a flaming car screaming for their lives? I don't think so.
Simpsons !

I have zero sympathy. I'm glad no one else was killed by there driving which should probably be classed as attempted murder.
These people wake up families in the middle of the night and terrify them just to get keys. Armed Robbery in my book. Seems like Karma to me.

Death crash boy, 15, was a thrill seeker says mum (From Bradford Telegraph and Argus)
sounds like his mum knew he had a stolen subaru to begin with.
All were from the most distinguished estates in Bradford.

So she knew they were knicking cars, she feraed they would kill themselves, and yet she let him go out (or in todays Nanny state wheer you get arrested for trying to discipline a child) didn't tell the Police to try and prevent this tragedy at least she appears a realist who will not try and blame everyone else.
the 2 youngsters can be considered children, the 17 and 21 were old enough to make their own choices.

His "story" wasnt exactly a glowing reference either.
It appears he was a serial twocer as well and enjoyed being chased by plod.
My already limited sympathy is shrinking further and whilst I agree that none of the perps deserved to die I dont think the collective gene pool is in a worse state following there self managed removal.

******* stole my Type RA from Bradford a couple of years ago. My 19 month old daughter, her mother and myself live round here, idiots like them could wipe us out. Its a short step from what they were doing to breaking into houses for peoples keys and worse.
Ive absolutely no sympathy.

Having read the article I got the impression that the mother doesnt seem that fussed either way!

Agree and would like to add, there not boasting now!
dont think they deserved to die but this does not sound like a one off, and it could of ended in the death of a lot of innocent people.
what a waste of space mother aswell, shouldnt let these people breed.

In my opinion the mother should face a charge of failing to be a responsibile parent to her child as she knew he had been stealing cars, failed to stop him or report him to the police and let him leave the house at that time of night plus he hasnt attended school for 6 years!
She is so distraught at the loss of her son that she finds time to tell the media her son....
"had gone off the rails"
"was known to the police"
"getting a buzz out of racing cars"
"brag about their exploits"
"He was a little beggar "
She should be ashamed of herself!
The thiefs deserved to be punished as clearly nothing or no one would of stopped them otherwise, and they would of continued without a second thought of other peoples property or lifes.

I feel no sympathy for the 4 lads one bit. They probably died in a lot of pain - for me - tough ****. What i can't understand, is some of the childish post on here from (i suspect) grown adults.
