Well the thread might exist, but not in its current state I suspect 
It starts with a user asking after this 'COB', which is swiftly followed by all manner of users speculating / offering as fact the reasons for his non-participation (based on being privy to communications being sent to 'COB' which, as part of this process, we are led to believe are evil / hideous etc etc.)
This is what makes it interesting... all of a sudden we have a number of users being the mouthpiece for 'COB', who is rapidly being firmly established, once again, as the 'victim' (sound familiar) with such nonsense as "there are people tracking you down, be very careful"
Unfortunately, the users that have been furnished with this information cannot possibly vouch for its credibility... in other words, they are believing everything they are being sent and reading, without stopping for one moment to question its authenticity
Suddenly, 'COB', without posting a word on this very BBS, has a (to date) 10+ page thread dedicated to him, which, naturally, he will be reading... it's attention by proxy!
Personally, if the gravity of the content of these alleged malicious communications are to be believed I would not share them with users on a forum where this has alleged to have taken place
The most sensible course of action would be to remain silent and build a case with the assistance of the administration of this bbs, if warranted, or the authorities...
Upshot, I smell bull****
