Who did you pay your money to? who took the order? as for reputation he's doing himself no favours, he's trying to make money out of people so IMO your his customer and he should be prepared to refund and sort it for you just like 99% of respected sellers would!

I've bought a couple of things off members on here with no problems, I have been offered one or two items by this harry fella but didn't purchase in the end as I didn't feel confident in buying from him. I think you just have to look out for yourself at the end of the day

I seen him selling an apexi power fc on here a while back, I wanted it as it was at a good price, so I pm'd him saying I will go to his house and pay cash, he started to get all arsey with me saying "his house is not a warehouse and he doesnt do bussines like that! So I backed out of the deal, well dodgy guy if you ask me..................

Many threads to that effect, I recall.
Perhaps a call to HM revenue & Customs will set a rocket under him, because a trader on a forum pretending to be a punter will not be paying any tax.
