i did read some where that they came in blue/white and black and that the roof vents were an optional extra but for the life of me i cant remember where will try and get pics up later

The V2 sti 555 were only made in 53c blue,a few other extras were roof vent,aerial on the passenger side rear quater,rear window wiper,i/c water spray,they were made to celebrate Colin McRae
winning the WRC in 1995 I belive,hope this helps a bit

cheers. that is the one. i like the stickers on the side of yours with the door number which i might change but the 555 looks smaller to fit it on. seen the set on ebay so i might do that. will post pics when i work out how. i also have a v- ltd 555 fia 95 car and a 97 type r 555 by the way but am selling mint v ltd at the mo though. my 2 95 cars dont have dccd or wheel on centre of dash but the type r does. any ideeas y the 555 (95) with the roof scoop doesnt have it i thought it would??? cheers glenn

the v-ltd i think is wrx but the 555 is defo sti. the other question i want to ask is why do some people say their number is *** / 555. is there any way of finding my limited number for the 555 with decals???

Unfortantely I'm waiting on the DVLA standard plates as its a fresh import.
Its been rebuilt from the dodgy condition it came over 2.5 yrs ago, but towards the end of the month I'm hoping to get N70 WRC

New on scoobynet but I got one too!!
Had it a while but only discovered what it was this morning! Bought it as a normal wrx sti.
Out of interest..does anyone have a plate between the ashtray and gearstick stating it's a McRae series???? Sorry if it's a thick Q but selling ours on ebay at mo and some numbnut going on about it not being a 'real' one as it should have this plate inside.
Will try to add a piccie of mine...needs a wash first! Managed to upload into my profile but not figured this bit out!

Thanks it has whiteline springs that were fitted by the previous owner, i am not sure if they lower it much as i still feel it sits a little high. The wheels are 18 x 7.5 and there is no rubbing at all.

in these above pics the cars are two different colours. I take it urs is paint code 53c...any ideas what the other one is, also is a catalunya the same as one of these v2's ??

iv owned one for about 6 months now but think the headgaskets on the way out and i cant afford to get it sorted at mo so driving like a grandad on a sunday for now, doh! anyone looking to buy one? pm me and ill send u the specs and pics. cant upload as im on my ps3 browser and its ****.
