SWITCH REGIONs
once you hit level 50 & have completed all the tracks (well you dont have to)
go into Career (main page, where you choose upgrades/race/etc)
click the RB button (top right of page)
under my Stats press the X button & you can switch between regions
Unlocking all them locked cars.
all tracks are same But the cars you unlock & get dicount for will be different,
i THINK /HOPE you still keep all your current discounts & cars etc.. but have to start from level 1 in driver mode???

Baz, I'm sure by switching regions like that it also costs quite a lot of credits each time

Switching regions cost 200,000 credits
and all it seems to do is unlock the cars, to buy, from that region and lock the ones you've previously unlocked from the other regions, no options to win any others. (not for me anyway,I've finished all races). was hoping to be able to re-do some races to win the other cars.
Oh well, spent a little while this morning getting fastest race times, in career, out of my friends list anyway.
and all it seems to do is unlock the cars, to buy, from that region and lock the ones you've previously unlocked from the other regions, no options to win any others. (not for me anyway,I've finished all races). was hoping to be able to re-do some races to win the other cars.
