bit of a difference between guns you've mentioned there, 2 rimfires and a centre fire, what do you want it for? if its rabbits then a cz .22lr will do the job but if its foxes then the Hornet but fairly expensive to run. Or just go down the CZ .17hmr route and have a far better caliber.

Im guessing that he is after bunnies. a .308 or a .50 bad boy will be an overkill; dont you think?

Rabbits have a right to live.

Long live the Rabbits.

Shoot Alpine bottles instead.

Actually they dont: its an offence to release a non-indigineous species back into the wild.

I wasnt talking about releasing them, I was talking about poor little bunnies being murdered.

I unknowingly locked a grey squirrel in my garage for 4 days, when I opened up it was lieing on the bonnet of my truck barely clinging on to life.

I figured it needed a drink, so I filled up a syringe with 5mls of water and gently nursed it to the squirrels mouth, it died/drowned right in front of me...I was gutted, couldnt sleep for weeks.

I was surprised at how light they were, and how skinney their tails are.

I do worry slightly about these guys in their camo gear and probably facepaint perfecting their fieldcraft to stick it to the rabbits, probably in their deep subconcious where even they wont acknowledge they feel the equal of the special forces sniper units.
All I can say is do it the normal way off the front of a landy in the headlights with a 12 bore.
