That number is is just to BIG . What are they really thinking

There is no way I'll be checking Scoobynet from work with a Advert of that size!

Nasico.com and RS25.com have the right balance with Adverts/Sponsors

Also have to disagree with A-Plan's ad wording. I didn't 'need' A-Plan when they gave me a much higher quote than Keith Michaels and insisted I activated my tracker. Keith Michaels all the way

A-Plan FAIL. At least the new admin hasnt infracted everyone who criticised an advertiser and blamed 'the community'.

Good point except:

a) text does require bandwidth
b) the ad isn't served from a Scoobynet server and hence doesn't use any of their bandwidth

Apart from that... great post

We have just paid to sponser the brakes and suspension sections.

Do you think our ads are too much?

Believe you me when I say they arent cheap to have on this site, if they are alienating people then maybe the sponsership is a bad idea?

The ads on the main forum page should have been set out like, Greenlight & Polished Bliss have theirs.
The other ads have made the page alot wider.

You mean in the main menu page where you can then go into New & announcements, Scoobynet General etc? The smaller logos?

They just line up under the text and are orientated to the right in my browser, they dont increase the width of the overall page.

Im using IE7.

Now if it was a sexy naked lady then I wouldn't mind but that ad is rubbish.
A Plans quote was silly when I last called them anyway.
