Probably pushing no more that 20bhp above standard, so about 276bhp, not a chance of anything above that without a remap or chip in there, if it were running 320+bhp i would be getting a little scared, that poor engine will be killing itself!

You wont make 65bhp with an exhaust and filter, 20 tops on that so either the rolling road is out (they do have to be calibrated ) or your car has a few other bits that are not quite standard (chipped).

You can check to see if your ecu has been chipped (it wont make that power normally) by opening it up, or if you have a boost gauge these normally run about .9bar standard

very nice m8, its a fun bhp area to be, loving mine, i would recommend the simtec over the apexi, 2 stage boost, launch control, an anti-lag, witch can be a lot of fun in town scaring people i dont know what area u in but speak to dave at tileys of bristol,

Im running similar power, but look at my profile for mods!
Very good result. But, without a different ecu or boost controler, the car would hit fuel cut at 1.1 bar. The standard map sensor can't go above this, unless the pressure is beeing bled off. Look at your ecu, im curious now!

I expect it has a mines or zerosports ecu chip in it.. should be a sticker on the case.. they remove the boost cut and increase the boost duty.. with you then adding the mods it will have upped the boost further etc..

If iti s on original injectors which are grey and 380cc then be very careful (don't use boost) as they max out at 300bhp running the correct fuelling so I would assume it is very lean..

Or as said the dyno over read and it is perfectly fine but running less power.
