If you look at the bahn, compared to our clogged road,s there almost empty.

Ive gone round the Trier triangle (Luxembourg - Germany) at 100+ near on

the whole way, with very light traffic the whole way , (11am-12:30) the

A8 up to Saarlois near on empty

That said, ive also seen some huge wipeouts, where cars have bounced

across the carriageway when they have lost it.

Its all well and good what people should do but often they don't, many do not even have a concept that a car may be coming at 180 and may even see it coming and pull out thinking it has loads of room to slow down not realising how far a vehicle needs to stop at that speed. Drive to what people tend to do, not what they are supposed to do if you die its no good saying it was his fault.

I agree with this sentiment, it is incredibly tiring and stressful driving at 150mph! The concentration level is a killer.

For me its not the speed itself, its more the weaving in and out of traffic, that make him at t**t.
I'm not an expert on autobahns, but have driven on them a few times, and ze germans are usually pretty good on lane etiquette, especially on the unrestricted sections. So I'd have no problem booting it in the fast lane, but weaving across the traffic like that is just asking for trouble

But it wasn't straight There were quite a few sweeping bends in that vid and to take them at the speeds they were doing when the road is so bumpy takes committment - thats coming from a biker.

Is there any way the video could be a fake? Sped up, or made to look worse etc..?

Me too, just couldn't believe it I suppose. As they say on the website, it looks like video game driving.

I have, loads of times, Road Rash, OutRun, GTA 1,2,3 and 4 etc but not on an actual road, I cant cope with people making their displeasure felt when I act the tit.
