I personally cannot see the point in asking for dates or prices until we have a clear idea of how many people we are looking at taking, all the qeustions asked will be raised re decibel limits etc.

We could only get 100db days at figures that made it totally un economic even if you had double the numbers you have listed

Have you tried Cadwell? Its a fantastic circuit IMHO better than Donnington
and guess what we have a day there coming up soon

There are no plans to do any track days at Donington above 98db this year as far as I can find out. I have paid particular attention to this as it is one of the circuits along with Silverstone and Brands Hatch that I would especially like to use for sponsor passenger rides in the race car.

This maybe all part of the compromise to allow them to host BGP from 2010.

I'd be interested price/date and venue depending..

Cadwell would be out however as it's too far up north..

Donny alternatives in the midlands are Bedford or Rockingham (103db). We have a wet grip day at Rockingham on the 28th Feb and they're very keen to promote track days for 2009- ie should be very keen on price..

Drop Nanette an email and mention the SN wet grip day/Jason see what they come up with:

nanette.houston@rockingham.co.uk

BTW Anyone know if a Ninja BB/fully decatted 2.5" system would pass 98db on full chat..?

phil I am not in a position to do this any longer due to personal problems, it will mean me not spending much time on the net at all from now on.

I am truly sorry to build your hopes up, but it does look like phil has the soloution

good luck, and to all my friends on scoobynet that I have made over the years I hope to speak to you all again on here at some point
