I cant believe so few of us can take criticism!

Just thought I'd be part of such a grown up thread.
If I could spend 30 grand on a car and another couple for insurance, I'd definitely reserve judgement 'till I'd driven both of them.

Personally I love all performance cars. From Ford V8s, to Holden V8s, to Mopar V8s, to Chevy V8s, to Scoobs, to EVOS, to Skylines to 200SXs, to AMG Mercs, to M3/M5 Beemers, to Porsches, to Ferraries, to Lambos etc.
I don't care what they look like. Must be in immac condition though. A performance car is a performance car. Looks don't matter to me. The MY00 scoobs, ( I own one), aren't that crash hot in looks either. I bought it cos that is the one I could afford at the time and was impressed with it's performance. I just care how a car goes, handles, stops and shines. I like variety. All performance cars are unique on the roads. Different to your everyday car. Some better than others. You buy what you can afford and what you like. Always test for yourself. Advice is great, but you have to test for yourself and have the last say.
My next car could be anything. One thing, it must be a performance car.
Cheers,
Wrexy.

I think I'm gonna jump on this bandwagon Not cos I think the EVO's better, but because I couldn't really care less. Owning either the STi and the EVO is a long way in the future for me and at the moment I am perfectly happy with my little Scooby Turbo. Being 22 it stands out as a nice car for someone my age and at the end of the day, that's what it's all about - being happy with the car you ACTUALLY OWN!
I notice a lot of the people on here are a bit over protective of there scoobs but not me. I can accept the pros/cons etc.
Anyway, I'm sure Subaru could have produced an STi to match the EVO but at the end of the day they chose not to for one reason or another.
GET OVER IT
