But it's all good, got given an eyeing up the other day something which is usually rare for me. but like you say you end up a slave at the gym for it.
But i have no problem being a bit on the large size, means i can put on muscle easy whilst those with less meat than a chickens lip can't

When i said muscle i meant more size wise than just actually being lean.
We have a guy at work skinny as anything bit of muscle on him and eats like an absolute pig the jammy get.
Honestly you'd swear he trains 5 times pw with the body he's got really puts you to shame matt and im not kidding.

Isn't your work quite physical though? Probably helps.
I "peaked" at 12.5 stone when I was doing demolition work. Proper hard slog every day but loved it.
So this bloke is skinny but puts me to shame?! How does that work? I'm half a stone "overweight" according to BMI so not exactly skinny.

Yeah it does infact im kind of glad to be off the bike, i need to be top heavy to handle my job otherwise it ends up backbreaking.
Seems i can only really do one or the other, cardio or weights, i can handle a bit of cardio while focused on the weights or vice versa trouble is do it one way and it affects work and concentrating on weights really affects my biking speed.
I really need to find a different job if im to go further with my riding.
But i do anjoy the added strength, i quite happily squat over 200kg if not more trouble is the gym machine only goes to 178 and i slap on 4 3.4kg weights on top, i daren't slap on any more.
I did squat on a smiths machine in another gym as there's no actual squat rack and ended buggering up my back, i tend to put in far more effort that i should, im much more restrained nowadays though.
This guy well put it like this, think front cover of mens health and you won't be far off.

Wouldn't call Mens Health cover models skinny though! And it's not hard to have a proper six pack and the rest that goes with it if you train hard. Wax and oil up then use "laser" lighting for the proper MH look...
Mind your knees doing those squats - I've seen horrible stuff when it goes wrong.
