will this fit to my bumper as this would almost finish the time attack look im going for.

Banny - from seeing this in the flesh, I believe it will. To make it work more effectively I would continue the lip underneath.

Can it not be made so it doesnt have the bits sticking out at the sides?
I think it would look loads better tapered upwards to nothing instead of sticking out 2"
Just a thought, it seems daft for me to butcher a new one. lol
