Frosty, I know the layby you mean but i don't know what time been looking on the website and i can't find an event start time

 

i think it starts at 9 if i'm working it out right,using the countdown timer 4 days 11 hours from now is 9 o'clock on sunday

 

says 9am to 5pm on facebook and me and wayne will let you know about meeting depends if we're in the scoobs or not

hi guys we maymeet up with you i have just had email from simon at sprint they are opening gates at 9.30ish lookiing to kick off betwee 10.30 & 11.00 let us know what time and where...

he also said that because they arent organising club stands if everyone from clubs arrange to arrive together they will get everyone together and as close to the track as they can instead of general parking in the opposite field

 

Dunx & KojaK are out for the day too !

 

wouldn't mind tagging along to this , could someone let us know about times at mmm .

Ian, Yes I am running in the comp, shall we all meet at the said layby, the 1st 1 on the A64 just after the turn of from the A1 at about 9.15?
And aim to get to the Sprint for just after 9.30?

If any one else has any other ideas about meeting times these can be changed.

Round 1, Scooby Sprint Championship, at Elvington, York, is this Sunday!

I hope all your preparations are going according to plan and we look forward to seeing all our valiant competitors on the start line on Sunday!

Time table :
Gates open at 8:00am
Driver's briefing is planned for 10:30am
The Monte Carlo handling circuit opens for first runs at 11:00am
Top 5 Showdown will run at 4pm or earlier if all timed runs have been completed.
But.. as a competitor, you are welcome to arrive later if you wish, and we will conduct a personal driver briefing and sign-on.

Finally, the Driver of the Day will be given a high speed ride in the co-driver's seat of the Prodrive WRC car, barring disasters!

I think we are getting to elvington for 9ish so we can park next to the track
the man in charge said if we all turn up together he will sort it .because once that is full we would have to park in the genral car park.
