I've just spoken to him! He said he hasn't been able to get on his computer, because he's in scotland. I told him all about this thread and he said he has nothing to hide. I told him i had requested my money back with paypal which he said he would sort out when he got back on saturday.

I'd ring him if you have any problems!

just called and left a message and my number stating the goods havent turned up etc... and that i have requested my money back from paypal and will contact the police about it as this is obtaining monies by deception - and that i either want what i have paid for or my money back, tbh i dont believe he will be honourable as he stated in a PM he would send the items on the 14th feb and unless its on a frickin donkey i doubt they will be turning up soon

never ceases to amaze me that the day after this thread was put up the items get sent (10 days after he said he would), why do people have to be threatened with action of different sorts to do what they said they would, i am worried that the items will be ok or not, on 1st inspection there is a wire coming out of the ecu with 2 individual wires soldered to the board (maybe this goes to a controller or gauge of some sort (ill post pics and a request later) and the actuator thingy is missing off the turbo so ill have to source that (unless the one from a tdo4 will fit a tdo5)

but anyway at least the items are here and i can call the hounds off, i wouldnt bet against him surfacing here now to try and justify himself and have a bullsh1t excuse as to the delay.

And luckily I got my stuff, too.

But anyway still disappointed. Even if the seler had only some troubles, like no time or something - there could be at least a mail: hey man, i'm off for few days, I'll send the stuff a bit later, so don't worry...
But nothing at all...

cheers

glad you got your stuff mate, i also had dramas and again when i started looking into it he had sold loads, however 50% of stuff he sold got delayed one way or the other.

And then the excuse comes out that he was run over etc,i had started court action and all sorts, funnily enough the stuff turns up.

Happening far to much this.

I spoke to the guy in the week and he told me he would refund my the money for the air con rad he sold me when he got home on yesterday morning. But I haven't heard off him. I'll give him until tuesday morning before i go to the police. I have his car reg and phone number but if anyone has his address that would be great.

To be fair you cant really be fairer than that. Also its not right to say ill go round and sort it myself. For many reasons namely its proof etc. and also its really easy to sound like a geezer hideing behind a keyboard. Im completly on your side as to your situation on the parts and wish you the best off luck pal
