OMG i did'nt want an argument
as said origanally BOTH great guys and BOTH relatively easy to get hold of
but the only thing that swung it was a slight diff in price (well just over a tank of fuel actually)

Excellent service from Gary at Keith Michaels.
You have to appreciate that when someone is so competitive in the market place, demand for that person will go up and as a result, they may sometimes be hard to get hold of. Remember, he's busy for a reason. Keep trying off and on and you'll get hold of him. If (and I say if as I generally manage to get straight through without issue) a couple of days of calling at various time throughout a day is too long, then some folk should maybe start ringing around for quotes a little earlier before their insurance expires.
I've received nothing short of EXCELLENT service from Gary and will shortly be renewing both my daily driver insurance and the replacement for my Impreza with him.
A very happy customer.
