Ive been trying to get hold of Gary for about a week now leaving messages etc, also pm`d him via scoobynet but still no contact, not what i call great customer services imho,
Gary sorry but you have my mobile number in you inbox and voicemails if you wish to change that.

I recieved a pm from you on Thursday evening, and didn't have a chance to ring back on Friday (yesterday) as i had the day from hell, which ended up in a 3 hour meeting meaning i was away from my desk most of the afternoon.

Unfortunately there simply weren't enough hours in the day yesterday to get back to everyone, but should be able to go through my messages on Monday.

OMG i did'nt want an argument

as said origanally BOTH great guys and BOTH relatively easy to get hold of

but the only thing that swung it was a slight diff in price (well just over a tank of fuel actually)

Excellent service from Gary at Keith Michaels.

You have to appreciate that when someone is so competitive in the market place, demand for that person will go up and as a result, they may sometimes be hard to get hold of. Remember, he's busy for a reason. Keep trying off and on and you'll get hold of him. If (and I say if as I generally manage to get straight through without issue) a couple of days of calling at various time throughout a day is too long, then some folk should maybe start ringing around for quotes a little earlier before their insurance expires.

I've received nothing short of EXCELLENT service from Gary and will shortly be renewing both my daily driver insurance and the replacement for my Impreza with him.

A very happy customer.

Same here. I was under the assumption he was more Subaru specialised with regards to quotes. But when I rang up and wanted to renew the 205's insurance, his quote was obscenely low. In comparison, I was paying £1250 with Ecar for the Scoob. Sold that in June '08, and it worked out that the 205GTi would've been £1000 the way it worked out. So I paid it and waited for the renewal in December. That (from Ecar) came in at £693 and they decided not to count my 3 points on there for some reason. So called Gary up, and all mods declared, 3 points declared, and 2 non fault accidents declared - £470 fully comp

Need I say more?
