Well I guess every one was right, you are a tosser.
Please some one buy this car, so I never have to meet this gimp.
A superlight R, let alone a R500, would be Quicker than your car round a track.
It is not the Fastest road legal westfield, I hope that selling this car make's you a better person.
Because from this thred and what I have been told, you can't get much worse

Wish I could have it but my wife would be wearing my ***** as earrings.
John.
I for one have valued your input into scoobynet. I certainly don't value the opinion of someone who interrupts your for sale thread and proceeds to verbally abuse you, especially someone with all of 18 posts.

Oh jesus, they really do seem to be breeding recently . The usual saying applies 'If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything'. Just let John sell his pride and joy in peace please....
Don't let this boil down into pointless name calling, it is out of order and we have had more than enough of it in the last few days.....
Mr Felstead, a to$$er? I think that there a few thousand people on here that like the man a lot actually , myself for one....
Cheers,
Nick

Thanks for the kind words. Don't worry Jamie, i am not concerned with what this guy posted, i havent a clue who he is, very bizzare.
Congratulations on your first special stage rally drive too! Jamie won the production class first time out in her self built rally Impreza, a fantastic result. Very proud of you!
It was great to take you on track Clare, quite a fun car isnt it!

As John knows, there is a Cosworth Westie for sale in a certain TVR dealer for £18k and that one isn't even a real ZEi220. John's one is certainly good value and I hope it sells

I downloaded a 90mb video that someone put up a link to on this thread and saw what i assume was this car... it looked mental
Anything that can hold off an R1 round a race track like that is pretty quick in anyone's book..... I think it's bang out of order how people come along and start slagging off folk who they obviously don't even know!!!
Good luck selling and BTTT.

John,
Good luck selling the Westie,
Boyband, you are making yourself look like a moron, You have obviously never met the man or seen the car. No-one actually wants to hear what you have to say about stuff you know nothing about.

Mate, if I had £14k,. i'd have it, but unfortunately after my mate handed me the keys to his westfield and I realised that there was a 2.5" gap between my fat *** and the seat (wedged between the gearbox and the side panel) I am having to get something more...shall we say....Practical !!

cheers.
Was it a narrow bodied car you tried? There are two widths and mine is the fat **** version.
Just finished checking it over for it's MOT, being done next weekend.

Whoosh, chatter-chatter-chatter, whoosh
This is one fast Westfield, I can vouch for that (only judging by the speed by which it passed me- never been brave enough to 'sit-in').
Good luck with the sale John

I think a lot of the "traditional" westfield buyers out there are a bit intimidated at the thought of a Westfield with 330BHP turbo power under the bonnet, they seem hapier with <200BHP n/a which is a shame for them because they are missing out on an incredible piece of kit, even though it's a bit heavier (700Kg, i still have all the leather trim/seats etc) it can outhandle 99% of them and destroys the lot in terms of performance overall. I spent a lot of time and money getting this car right and other westie owners are always stunned at how it handles so well when i take them on track, never mind the way it puts the power down. It's always a case then of "i wish i had the money" or "the wife would kill me" LOL
There is still this mentality out there that turbo power is like a switch and hard to control, nothing could be further from the truth if you have a well mapped engine using the correct size of turbo.
I havent advertised it in the mags yet, i think i will do that now. I am open to sensible offers, i wont sell it for the price of a crossflow 120BHP car which is what some people have offered, i would rather keep the car. The car is worth more in bits than that, i wont break it though, it's a genuine piece of westfield history and that would be unthinkable to me.

Cheers Tony, good to see you, the scoob looked very nice.
Try that test again on a cold day and see what it does, if your right on the marginal limits you may see it surging then.
