If he had ripped people off and you were worried, why agree to the transaction in the first place.
Two wrongs don't make a right.

Why not deal with Harry? After all, he paid up front, how can he rip you off?
If you were buying from him, thats different.

No it hasnt. You havent refunded me and you havent even responded to the dispute. If you claim so, copy the page from paypal and display it here, or better get give me the transaction I.D of the funds reveresed. I know you will not be able to provide either info...because your a big fat Liar! Quit playing these childish games and refund me.

Btw your either high or day dreaming, havent emailed your pm'd you for a few days going..so have no idea what your on about Please once again kindly refund my money

And just so that you can get it through your thick skull! I havent ripped of anyone...no one is out of pockets and anyone who has bought from me has either recieved their money back, or goods! understood. Mate do the right thing and refund me.

Why are the mods not doing anything about this? Also why do I still have the red banner on my username? Please kindly remove this as their is no pending transaction in relation with me. Except for the Dave fool (key board wana be hero = obvioulsy no life what so ever)

The reason his paypal account says -£45 is because you've disputed the transaction. Once a dispute is raised the amount the transaction was for is debited from the account but not paid to anyone.

True. Once a dispute is opened, the money is deposited back from the "sellers" account and witheld pending a decision. If the funds are not in the account, this is how some folk get away with it. Not sure on the current rules regards this.

When Mrs' father sold a rare doll to a lady in France via Ebay/Paypal paid and decided it had arrived broken etc., the £200+ in his (father in-laws) account was sucked back out but not refunded to said French "buyer". Dispute was opened, and all evidence was submitted from both sides. In the end in this particular case the French lady was deemed to have deliberately damaged the goods on arrival, and the £200+ was duely re credited into Mrs' fathers Paypal account.

Can take a short while to happen, in the meantime this can look like the money has gone from side of the coin, but hasn't been returned on the other side of the coin.

Either way, having read through this thread it seems you two are as bad as one another (going from petty digs at each other and with both accounts being investigated).

I suggest you sort it out outside this board before your reputations are tarnished for good. Or meet up and commence 'handbags at dawn'.

Andy

its doesnt matter what harry is or was, davies has no right to hold funds, just return harrys money and lets end this stupid thread and why is davies punting the iteam out when he has already got a payment for it.. davies if your broke and dont have the money then make an agreement that you will pay him end of the month and thats it. lets all move on.
